PARENT-Initiative: The Situation of Parents and Non-Parents
at the Faculty of Technical Chemistry

This study analysed the impact of parenthood on scientific careers especially if there are gender-specific differences. Additionally, the study proposes concrete measures to improve the situation. The results are presented by the authors, Bettina Stadler and Marita Haas.
